Your orders are very dear to us and so it is incredibly important for us make sure that you get the things you ordered.
Because all of our products are made on order we therefore ask you to allow us a few extra days for the production and shipping.
We generally make sure to process and ship out your order within 2 – 5 days. Estimated delivery time will be calculated at check-out based on the delivery method you select. However, sometimes we’re out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. When this happens, we’ll always let you know in advance.
For any returns, please contact us within a week of receiving the product. We do not REFUND any purchase that has been completed.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. We will reship your order once we have confirmed an updated address with you. However, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
Unclaimed – If you used a post office as your delivery address and for some reason were unable to claim your order within the stipulated time, it will be returned to us. We will reship the order at your cost
Wrong size – We know sizes can get confusing but we advise that you use our size chart provided to ensure you’re purchasing the right fit for yourself. We’d hate to see you incur an extra shipment cost because of a wrong size choice.
